This MOU formalizes a collaborative partnership between NHUHSD and CalPoly Humboldt with the goal of improving educational pathways and creating direct admission opportunities for our students to CalPoly Humboldt. The agreement will focus on providing academic support, outreach, and information to help students transition smoothly from high school to college.
